Description
This mayo is a little bit fattier and tangier than my other mayo recipe. I love this for pasta or potato salad but it can be used on sandwiches or tuno or chickenless salad too!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup silken tofu
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of pickle juice
- 3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper optional
- Sprinkle of celery seed
- 1 tablespoon of tahini
Instructions
- Blend everything together in a mini-chopper or blender except tahini.
- Mix tahini into the blended mayo
