Description

Creamy and slightly garlicky, this vegan Caesar salad dressing is perfect on salads or sandwiches.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup of plant milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of vegan Worcestershire
  • 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon of kelp granules
  • The juice of one lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon of miso

Instructions

  1. Mix the chia seeds into the plant milk. Let it stand for 5-10 minutes to thicken.
  2. Put everything into a blender including the chia/plant-milk mixture. Blend until smooth.
