Creamy and slightly garlicky, this vegan Caesar salad dressing is perfect on salads or sandwiches.

- 1/2 cup of plant milk
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of vegan Worcestershire
- 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon of kelp granules
- The juice of one lemon
- 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of miso
Instructions
- Mix the chia seeds into the plant milk. Let it stand for 5-10 minutes to thicken.
- Put everything into a blender including the chia/plant-milk mixture. Blend until smooth.
