Description

This is my go to sauce for bowls, veggies, as a stand-alone dip, and as a salad dressing. Sometimes I add different things to it such as garlic or maple syrup, but this is the base. It’s a staple and a keeper!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup of pumpkin seeds lightly toasted
  • 1 cup of cilantro tightly packed (stems and all)
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4” of a jalapeno seeded (one slice)
  • Salt optional
  • 1 cup of water for sauce, more to thin for a salad dressing

Instructions

Blend everything in a high-speed blender until smooth

Notes

Keeps well in the fridge for five days.
