Description

Crispy, shredded potatoes!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium potatoes shredded (I use the shred side blade in the food processor)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the shredded potatoes in a bowl of cold water
  2. Refill the bowl and drain the potatoes several times
  3. Drain the potatoes a final time then squeeze the excess water into a clean dish towel. You want the potatoes to be as dry as possible
  4. Heat a nonstick pan and pour the potatoes into the pan, forming a circle
  5. Flip when the potatoes are brown underneath and stick together letting you easily flip them

Notes

You can cook in the potatoes in the air fryer at 400 for about ten minutes but keep a close eye on them so they don’t burn
